Impact is in the business of enhancing and executing our clients’ marketing processes in order to achieve remarkable results.  Our clients value us as a skilled resource to help improve performance amidst expanding brands, more marketing channels, and budget pressure.  We provide resources in applied technology, analytics, and production services.  We do not believe that practice makes perfect.  Rather, we believe that poor practice yields poor results.  Remarkable results require better data and best practices.

Our people are our strength.  We believe that making individual strengths productive and individual weaknesses relatively harmless is a key to every success we experience.  We exist for our employees and we are an extension of our clients’ marketing operations.  Encouraging our employees’ dreams and helping our clients is a source of joy.  Our purpose is to experience the joy of investing in others.

Impact has been in business for over 30 years and consists of 200 employees located in two locations, Minneapolis and Winsted, Minnesota.

MRES is a nonprofit dedicated to educating Minnesotans about renewable energy through community projects, exhibits, and events. Every year we reach over 350,000 people through our education efforts. Our goal is to act as a resource for Minnesotans to encourage their use and promotion of renewable energy, and sustainable living. We are recipients of a $2.6 million Renewable Development Fund grant with Xcel Energy to build several community solar gardens in the community.

Solar Commons-200x200-250x250

Solar Commons

SC is a nonprofit that innovates and prototypes community trust ownership of solar energy for low-income communities in the US. Current US solar ownership models do not effectively serve low-income communities. The “Solar Commons” (cc) model uses a trust vehicle to capture an income stream for local, low-income community beneficiaries. Our demonstration projects use public art to communicate how community trust solar connects ecological and social justice. Our website further explains our work which is related to the emerging activism surrounding “commons,” understood as gifts of nature (air, water, wildlife, food) and community governed for the common good through tools of public trust and community trust law.
